This is the portion size of 1/2 chicken with 2 sides. Paid extra to have it pulled from the bone for us. Maybe 1/2 cup of meat tops. Called the store to complain/see if they would make it right. We were told that's just the way it is. Very disappointing.

Title: Disappointing Experience with Dry Chicken Order take-out and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. I ordered the chicken dish, but to my disappointment, the chicken was incredibly dry. It lacked the juiciness and tenderness that I expect from a well-prepared chicken dish. The dryness of the chicken greatly affected the overall taste and enjoyment of my meal. Despite the restaurant's ambiance and service, the quality of the food, especially the chicken, fell short of my expectations. I had hoped for a delicious and succulent chicken dish, but instead, I was left with a disappointing culinary experience. I believe that a key element of any dining experience is the quality of the food served, and unfortunately, in this case, the dry chicken overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. I hope that the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving the preparation of their dishes to ensure a better dining experience for their customers in the future.

I highly recommend this place, the food was hot and delicious. We ordered a Whole chicken with three sides, the chicken came cut into four parts. The Yuca Bites are like deep fried potatoes with a cheese center. The rice was similar to a dirty rice. We really enjoyed it, will definitely be back.

Nice folks, outstanding food. The chicken empanadas were hot, crispy and delicious. The yuca bites were fresh and tasty, especially with the excellent Ahi Amarillo sauce. The Maduro plantains were a sweet and yummy counterpoint to the empanadas. Loved every bite!

I just received an order via Uber eats and was looking forward to the tostones which we love; and this is what we received, there was no cheese, chicken, or veggies. Extremely disappointed with this.

I like the atmosphere a lot here. The rotisserie chicken is so good. We also ordered the sweet potato fries, which I really enjoyed. Their sauces pair nicely with the flavor of the chicken (and fries). It's definitely worth a visit. Next time, I'll get pictures.
